11. transmit through the Platform, any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, libelous, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature. This includes text, graphics, video, programs, audio, or etc.

12. collect or attempt to collect personally identifiable information of any person
